The project, located in South Houston at Friendswood, TX, is a major regional shopping mall redevelopment. Nine new buildings are being added to the existing mall complex, including structured parking for 338 cars, a theater, expansion of in-line and box tenant spaces and fifteen new restaurants. Connecting to the existing mall, the new Lifestyle Center will include an exterior pavilion, concourse canopies and extensive site work. Located near the Johnson Space Center, the highly-anticipated improvements are scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2015. The development, designed by OmniPlan of Dallas, TX, is a joint-venture between General Growth Properties, Chicago, IL, and Coventry Development Corporation, New York, NY.
