Property Description

Prospect Place, including Tomboy, Red Cliff and Smuggler Lofts, was Phase II of a 3-phase development that would ultimately include seven residential buildings. This new Denver urban mixed-use development was designed to contain nearly a million square feet of residential, commercial and structured parking in the Central Platte Valley adjacent to Coors Field. Phase II, known as TRS (Tomboy, Red Cliff, Smuggler), was to contain 191 residential lofts, 25,000 SF of retail space, 389 structured parking spaces, and a 15,000 SF outdoor piazza. When completed, Propect Place would have provided a mixture of 400 residential lofts, plus shops, bistros and galleries designed around a communtiy piazza and will have easy access to a nearby RTD Light Rail Station. The Project was sold in 2006.
