Michael Brisbois Associates served as the Owner's Representative for a 22,000 SF R&D tenant improvement for Ericsson Wireless Communications, Inc. in the Gun Barrel area of Boulder, Colorado. MBA represented the Owner, Qualcomm, Inc. of San Diego, CA. The completed facility provided expanded office, lab space and computer clean room capabilities for Ericsson's cell phone research operations.
