Michael Brisbois Associates represented the tenant (Johns Manville Corporation) in the complete design and construction renovation of six floors of Manville's Corporate Headquarters in downtown Denver, CO. The entire project was completed in a little over eighteen months while the tenant occupied and continued to conduct business in the majority of the space. This was made possible by consolidating their operations into five floors, leaving the sixth floor available for demolition and construction.
