Michael Brisbois Associates represented the Owner, Qualcomm, Inc., in the development of two new R&D office buildings in the Gun Barrel area of Boulder, CO. The assignment included construction monitoring and oversight of two 80,000 SF, 3-story, steel frame superstructures with composite decks, brick veneer and a specially engineered window system designed to control UV transmittance and heat gain. The project, including core & shell and all office and meeting room tenant improvements, lab space, clean rooms and extensive site work, was completed and occupied in 14 months.
