Original Project was previously known as the St. Louis Regal Riverfront Hotel. Work included a complete renovation of 900 guestrooms, 3 restaurants, 40,000 SF of conference and meeting space, all public and back of house areas, chiller overhauls, elevator upgrades and an exterior facelift. Twenty-three guestrooms were removed in order to open up the Lobby and Front Desk views to the Gateway Arch Monument across the street. All work was done while the hotel was in operation over a period of 16 months. Background tower in the photo above is one of two towers in the hotel complex. The main guest tower contains 28 floors of guestrooms and a revolving rooftop restaurant.
