Michael Brisbois Associates represented the Owner, Prudential Real Estate Advisors, in the design and construction of a two new, high-bay, tilt-up warehouse buildings in Aurora, CO. The project consisted of two 140,000 SF buildings, and associated site work on 18 acres. The construction was completed, working through the winter, in ten months.
