Two and one half acre urban renewal site in Chinatown District of Washington, D.C. Project includes four below grade parking levels for 700 cars, three retail levels and a fourteen-screen movie theater with connections to the MCI Sports Complex and the Metro Rail transportation hub at Gallery Place. In addition, project includes 192 condominiums and 240,000 SF of office space. Design integrates this large, urban complex into the architectural context of the existing Chinatown neighborhood. Street-level retail shops are of the scale and vocabulary of existing neighborhood buildings, many of which are historic structures.
