Coal Mine Centre is an exciting new retail center located on a 5.5 acre site near West Bowles Avenue and C470 in Littleton, Colorado. Included in the 54,000 SF complex will be office tenants on the upper level of the main, L-shaped "West" building and restaurants and retail on the ground level. Both levels feature walk-out access to surface parking, which is designed to accomodate 324 cars. A separate 5,600 SF "East" building is ideally suited for a bank, restaurants or a single-tenant retail or office user. An elaborate outdoor water feature is the centerpiece of this facility; the design theme of Coal Mine Centre is of an old Colorado mining camp. The project was developed by Skyland Meadows Developments, LLC and opened in Spring, 2005.
