The Warner Center in Woodland Hills, CA is the proposed site for a new 160,000 SF office building to replace an existing four-story office building. Redevelopment of this property will entail razing of the existing structure and replacement with an 11-story, Class-A office building containing a total of 146,000 square feet of office and 14,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space. The building will include one level of ground floor retail/restaurants, four levels of parking for 424 vehicles (one subterranean, three above grade stacked beneath the office floors) and seven levels of office. The project is on hold.
