The proposed 300 South Tryon building in Charlotte, NC will be a 32-story mixed-use project, including a two-story retail base, 12 floors of Class-A office space, one mechanical floor, and 17 floors of luxury condominiums. The building design reflects International Modern architecture, including a number of setbacks and interesting glass curtain wall and window wall elements. The green glass and silver mullions will provide a sleek, sophisticated profile, with strong visibility on Tryon Street in Charlotte’s central business district. The building will also include a four-level below-grade parking structure, which will contain 585 parking spaces. Project is on hold.
